Gil has been acting professionally and teaching for over
ten years. He performed in the National Tour of ANNIE and
has extensive regional credits including John Proctor in
THE CRUCIBLE (Gallery Players), Howie in RABBIT HOLE (The
Human Race Theatre), Walker/Ned in THREE DAYS OF RAIN
(Oldcastle Theatre), Kenickie in GREASE (Fulton Theatre),
Jonathan in THE IT GIRL and Teddy in THE FULL MONTY
(Foothills Theatre), Danny in GREASE (Mill Mountain
Theatre), Snug in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Syracuse
Stage), T. Angel in DREAM, DREAM, DREAM (The Claridge in
Atlantic City), Ambrose in Hello, Dolly! (Westchester
Broadway Theatre), and THE CRUCIBLE and THE COMEDY OF
ERRORS (The North Carolina Shakespeare Festival). NY
Credits include: SPLIT ENDS (The Triad), several shows with
The Workshop Theatre Company, and the workshop of the new
musical RIPPER at New World Stages. TV: Law and Order:

As a teacher, Gil has worked extensively with the Paper
Mill Playhouse conducting workshops at high schools
throughout New Jersey. He recently completed a three month
residency for Paper Mill Playhouse's Adopt-A-School
program. He serves on the judging panel for both the STANJ
Festival at Rutgers University and the Middlesex County
Arts Festival and is a co-founder of The Somerset Hills
Academy of Dramatic Excellence in central New Jersey.
Gil has a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Syracuse
University where he received The Arthur Storch Award for
Artistic Growth.
